ANTIQUE STORE DISPLAY CASE NATURAL TIP SHOE LACES 1920s VINTAGE SHOES COOL

"NATURAL TIP SHOE LACES" Store Display Case made by the Hutmacher Braiding Company from Patterson NJ. I estimate this is from the 1920s. Dubbed the "Silent Salesman" this unusual store display case was intended to store, display and increase the sales of "Natural Tip Shoe Laces". This is a great Advertising piece. It could be cleaned up and restored and/or be used to display other items. I collect Old Marbles and envisioned using it to display them. Condition: The case has Surface rust, Peeling paint, Scratches, broken hinge on rear access door, Dents, the electrical cord has been cut and the light bulb removed. While this old case has some condition issues, it is structurally sound, very sturdy, the glass is all intact, many of the original graphics are present. It is still very functional and would be a terrific restoration project. I have never had or seen another one of these to compare it to so I do not know if all of the original parts and pieces are attached.
