These two have been traveling together for many years. These are the 3RD AND 4TH ones I have ever seen in person in my life... And I have been doing this for a long time. One of the others was at and antique mall in Goodletsville TN and the other was at the same place I got these- but, someone else grabbed it first.
I love these because they mirror one another. One is more mustard and one is more indian red -Great for displaying!Measuring approx: 17" tall x 8" across x 14 1/4 deep (front to back). This is a very rare item and had been part of a collection of general store items since the 1960's.
One has a shelf that is split towards the bottom- but a back will still lay there just fine. Thank you for your interest. I have a ton of old and odd general store pieces. See the pictures here where many of them can be seen. The item "ANTIQUE PAIR OF GENERAL STORE SACK HOLDERS FROM THE 1800'S ORIGINAL STENCILING" is in sale since Saturday, September 25, 2021.This item is in the category "Antiques\Primitives". The seller is "lovebobo01" and is located in Shelbyville, Tennessee. This item can be shipped to United States.
